I have a chart in Excel that I want to copy to PowerPoint. In PPT, the slide
background is blue. I'd like the chart to come over with the axis and axis
labels switching to white (in Excel, they are black set to automatic). Chart
area must be transparent when I bring it over. When I do it now (either
embed, insert or paste special picture), the axis etc stays black. If I
change it to white in Excel, I have to do it item by item and also set the
background to transparent. Is there a way to either:
a) have it automatically change to white when I copy it
or
b) change all items from black to white in Excel at once and then I will copy

Your help is MUCH appreciated. This has been stumping me all day.

If you want to change some instances of color XX to color YY but not all of
them, you'll need to do it in Excel before copying to PPT.

If you want to change all XX to YY you can try this:

Instead of copy/pasting the chart to PPT, use Edit, Paste Special, Link.
Then rightclick the chart, choose Format Object.
In the formatting dialog box, Picture tab, click "Recolor..."
