Bill

Hi,

I'm using Frontpgae 2000, I set font color to red, for example. When I view
my web page with the preview utility, the font color still is black. Can
anybody tell me why?

Thanks in advance.

Bill

How did you set the font color?
How does it look when you use File Menu | Preview in Browser?

Hi Thomas,

I did as below:

On the View toolbar which is on the left hand of the Frontpgae 2000 window I
clicked webpage, and then created a table, keyed in a string.

Then I highlighted the string and right clicked and selected Font..., here a
font setting box displayed. I set the font to which style I desired.

Then If I preview my webpage its color still is black! Can tell me what's
the reason?

Many thanks.

Bill

Bill,

When you right click, font and selected your font, style and size, did you
also select the color, below the Font Column, if left on Automatic it will
appear in whatever the browser font color default is, which is black unless
the user changes it.

Thomas,

First, thank you very much for your reply.

Yes, I did select the font color, I set it to blue. And in the Normal view
(on the left-bottom corner,there are 3 tabs:Normal,HTML,Preview) it's ok, I
mean the font color is blue. When viewed in the Preview, it's black.

My Frontpage is 2000, my OS is Windows 2000 professional, and IE version is
5.0

Any suggestion?

Bill

This is normal text, not a hyperlink, correct?

Is this page available on the internet where you can provide a URL, so that
I or someone else can see this issue?
