Font color does not stay black

The font color keeps resorting back to white. I cannot keep it as black. This
is in Outlook 2002

Hi Becky,
Assuming that you are using word as mail editor,
Open Word,
Format
Font
Font tap
Under "Font color":
Select "Automatic"
Click the Default button and OK.

Dave,
You did assume correctly, but it did not solve the issue. Running a virus
scan on it now.
