Font change linking Excel to Powerpoint

As advertised my font sized less than 8 changes from
Arial to Times Roman when linking Excel built Charts to
Powerpoint. Loaded SR-1a as corrective action
recommended by MS.

Still have the problem. All links are active. Tried to
redownload, but get message that SR-1 is already
installed. Used original disks as required on original
installation of SR-1a.

MS also won't issue a passport (temporarily) so no help
there.

Anyone have an idea?

Noel,
This is a known issue. The fix is to change a setting in Tools +
Options and on the Print tab check the box to "Print inserted objects
at Printer resolution". That'll fix you right up.

Brian Thanks for the suggestion. Tried it, but it did
not work.

I shouldn't have to reboot after changing that should I?

Any ideas on why it did not work?
