Followup to Photo galley question.

Is there anyway to have the photo from photo gallery open in a
different window that can have a close button or just be able to be
closed?
 
Not with the FP photo gallery.

There's another photo gallery product members here have often suggested - I
forget the site URL.

Eleanor (member of this group) is the one whose site has this pluggin
p/gallery for FP.

Search for and re-read any posts about photo galleries, and you should find
a reference to her site.

This is all about good programs to use for Photo Galleries

Of course of your needs are simple, just link to an HTML page which has the
<img> tag to open the photo and a close button underneath it
e.g.
<img src="images/Somepicture.jpg" alt="Some Caption" /><br />
Some Caption<br />
<input type="button" value="Close" onclick="window.close()" />
