I had several folders of groups I used to access e-mail address faster. Is
there an option to group people into folders in Windows Mail?

Yes, Sharon.

Click on 'Tools'.

Go to 'Window Contacts'.

Then click on 'New Contact Group' at the top, name the new group and add
whomever you want into that group.

START button|HELP & SUPPORT
In the search box, type "Windows Contacts"

Note the item on creating groups
 
Folders: no
Groups: yes.
The problem with Contact Groups in Windows Mail is that they can only
be used in an 'all or nothing' fashion. When addressing an email you can't
go into a Group to pick and choose certain members of that group.

Interesting. Despite your suggestion, which is the same as that in the
HELP file, there is no NEW CONTACT GROUP item on the Windows Contact
folder toolbar here.

I see FILE, EDIT, VIEW, TOOLS, HELP, and nothing more.

I guess THAT'S the menu bar. On the toolbar I see...
ORGANIZE, VIEWS, OPEN, SAVE SEARCH, SEARCH TOOLS, PRINT, SHARE, BURN...

No "NEW CONTACT GROUP"

FIXED. Wrong template was in use.
