I have my full name on some of the folders which I did not put there. How do
I remove my name from these folders. When I try and change the name it tells
me I cannot because it is a windows setting folder it all falls under
settings and documents. How do I change the name .

Those are system folders for your user account. Leave them alone.

The name appears automatically. It is not part of the folder's name. You can't rename it as your name is not part of the real name.
