folders which can only be deleted by supervisor

I have a folder. I want to share the folder. I want to
select a group which can create subfolders and files which
can only be deleted by a supervisor. System is run by
Windows 2000 Advanced Server.

NTFS permissions. Supervisor gets Read, Write, Change (maybe Full
Control), peons get Read, Write, Create.
