folders that don't exist in Network Places

I have a small (3) machine network
One machine had a folder which was shared over the network.
This folder was deleted months ago and keeps showing up on
other machines on the network in My Network Places.
How can I get rid of this annoying and confusing clutter?

Right click and delete it.
