Folders show at bottom of Windows Explorer Window

When you sort by any column in Windows Explorer and use the
DESCENDING option, the folders all show at the bottom. We'd
like the folders at top, but all files sorted in Descending
order. Is that possible?

Something to try,

Right click My Computer, Properties, Advanced, Environment Variables,
in the User Variables, click Edit,
Variable name type: Dircmd
Variable value type: /o/p
OK OK OK
Reboot.
