I'm using FrontPage 2003 and have saved a PowerPoint 2007 show as a Web page
with the option in PowerPoint to save supporting files in a folder. If I use
Windows explore and look at the FrontPage directories, the supporting
directories that hold the PowerPoint files display but these folders don't
display in the Folder List of FP. When I first save or create the PowerPoint
show as a Web page, the supporting folder will show in the folder list. But
if I refresh the folder list or close and reopen FP, the folders are gone.
The presentation displays fine. Why does this happen? Thanks in advance.

FP hides thickets (folders associated with Office documents)
- to prevent that in PPT change the save option to not save related files in a separate folder

Interesting and thank you for the information. Never heard of that. If you
don't save related files in a folder, you get a zillion of them all mixed
in--quite messy. Stefan--do you know how I can make it the FrontPage default
to save PowerPoint files in a separate folder?

There is no setting in FP to do that. Create a folder on your desktop, then save the PP document to
that folder with it files, then import the folder into your open FP web / site.
