Folders for Hotmail

I have used Outlook no problems with the office connector. However I have
variuos folders on my hotmail. The folders show and are transfered to
outlook but the folders are empty . Any thoughts? Is this a syncing issue ?

Reports of this are not uncommon. It can usually be repaired by either
deleteing and readding the account or deleting the account, uninstalling and
reinstalling the Connector, and readding the account. (with a reboot between
the uninstall and reinstall).
