I am having a problem. When I move a folder from one folder to another it
disappears. It is no longer in the original place nor does it show up in the
new place although a screen shows up saying it is copying the files. It can
be when I am moving from one disk to the same disk or when I am moving to a
completely different disk. Does anyone know why this is happening? No it
doesn't happen every time. But nothing is similar in the instances when it
happens. Thank you.

I have windows 2000 sp4. On my c drive lets say I have a folder titled
images and one titled midis and in each folder I have folders in
alphabetical order. Then if I want to move one of the alphabetical folders
in images to midis it disappears. I don't know how it relates to internet
explorer except I get to my computer by clicking on windows explorer. If
this is the wrong place to ask this question where should I ask it? Thank
you.
Debbie

Windows version? What folders? Your question as it relates to Internet
Explorer?

I'm forwarding this thread to Win2K General newsgroup
(microsoft.public.win2000.general) via crosspost, Debbie.

Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer, while related, aren't quite the same
thing.
