Hi,

I have two DC's (Windows 2000 SP4)in the same site and
they are replicating together. On DC1 in the following
folder
\\DC1\c$\WINNT\SYSVOL\sysvol\Domain.COM
I have the following folders.

DO_NOT_Remove_NTFRS_Preinstall_Directory
Policies
Policies_NTFRS_0007da9e
Scripts
Scripts_NTFRS_0008eab7

And I have the same folders in the following folder
\\DC1\c$\WINNT\SYSVOL\domain

On DC2 in the following folder
\\DC2\c$\WINNT40\SYSVOL\sysvol\Domain.COM

I have the following folders

DO_NOT_Remove_NTFRS_Preinstall_Directory
NtFrs_PreExisting___See_EventLog
Policies
Policies_NTFRS_0007da9e
Scripts
Scripts_NTFRS_0008eab7

in the following folder
\\DC2\c$\WINNT40\SYSVOL\domain
I have the following folders

DO_NOT_Remove_NTFRS_Preinstall_Directory
NtFrs_PreExisting___See_EventLog
Policies
Policies_NTFRS_0007da9e
Scripts
Scripts_NTFRS_0008eab7

What should I do?

Should I stopped the NTFRS service on DC2
delete the following folders
Policies_NTFRS_0007da9e
Scripts_NTFRS_0008eab7 from DC1
Restart NTFRS on DC2 and replicate

OR

Should I stopped the NTFRS service on DC2
delete the following folders
Policies_NTFRS_0007da9e
Scripts_NTFRS_0008eab7 from DC1
Change the registry on DC2 to D2
Restart NTFRS on DC2 and replicate

Thank you
