If it is a company's computer, you most likely won't be able to create a new
folder as you can only 'write' to your already created own folders, such as
your Desktop and My Documents folder. This is set by the administrator.
Press the Windows Key + E to get into the Windows Explorer and then
highlight your C:\ drive.
In the Right Pane/Window Right click on an empty Area and select New >>
Folder and then name whatever you want ( a better naming convention can be
better to remember).
