folder won't stay in "favorite folders" through a reboot in Outlook. After
the reboot the favorites has returned to its original default format
 
Something is causing the xml file that stores the favorites list to get
rebuilt. Is outlook closing correctly and completely?
 
No indication that it is not closing correctly. on my other two computers
Outlook works normally...just a new one...an HP multimedia, in case tha might
be somehow relevant
