Folder won't open in the same window as Parent.

I have "Open each folder in the same window" checked, but
double-clicking on a folder always causes it to open a new window. I
think this started happening since SP1.

Is there a fix? Is anyone else seeing it? How do I fix it?

I get the exact same behavior now immediately after installing Vista
SP1. I am going to call MS about it. It's ridiculous that I have to
waste time dealing with this.
