Folder with Earth on it, means Frontpage?

I have some folders containing htm code which show the folder icon with the
earth on it. Does this have some correlation that Frontpage was used to
create the folder or web pages? To remove simply remove Frontpage from all
the header information? Curious what is causing this, thanks.
 
pretty much, but EW can create them too
