Folder Wallpaper

Is there a way to apply wallpaper to the folder
background? Like when you open the folder to view the
contents you have a background image that appears. I know
this was available in earlier versions of Windows, but I
can't find anything on it for XP. Please email response
if anyone knows something about this. Thanks!!
