I'm trying to set my folders so they all display with the same view. I set
up a folder the way I want it, but when I go to the View pane in Folder
Options, the "Apply to all folders" option is always grayed out. How do I
do this?

Make sure you are selecting an actual folder when you do this. Choose one
that has not had customization added.

.

In addition to Sharon's post:

Folder Options - Restricted

When you try to access Folder Options from within Windows
Explorer, or Internet Options from within Internet
Explorer,

"Restrictions - This operation is not available due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact
your system administrator." You'll need Administrative
access. Maybe!
