folder tree missing in Fax Queue

Somehow the folder tree has gone missing in the Fax Queue.

Can someone shed some light on how to get it back?

This is on a Windows 2000 pro system

Never seen it.
You might get more traffic in the Windows 2000 Fax group.
Windows 2000 Fax integrated so miserably with Outlook that you won't find
many users of it in this group.
