I'm trying to implement a new estructure of AD in my organization, but I've had some doubts

I'm wanna provide the following structure..

Every user must to have a determinated place to store their files. This place can just be accessible by the owner the the administrator. Do I have to use "Base Folder" on user profile

After that , I want to criate a Mapped netwaork Drive where users from the same group can exchange files and information

And finally, a Public network place, where everyone can exchange files

I really hope some one can help me
