folder security

I need to set folder security for a folder, which contains
all office documents like word, excel, power-point app etc
where everyone
must have rights to do everything other than DELETE, MOVE
& MODIFY. how do i set the folder security for this. as
word has its own way of handling temp files.

we use win2k OS with O2k prof.
 
The bad news is that Word *must* create its temp files in the same folder as
the document. If you deny Delete permissions on the folder, the temp files
won't be removed as they normally are. Someone with Administrator group
membership -- or at least with Delete access -- would have to clean up
periodically, probably at least daily. When the folder fills up with temp
files (not a precise term), Word can start acting erratic -- that is, more
erratic than normally. <g>
