Folder Security

I have a web page that only certain people are supposed to
see. I usually go into the folder and setup security
rights by picking certain users in our domain. Instead of
choosing users one by one, is it possible to setup
security using Distribution lists in Outlook? Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks.

Don't know about the outlook option but you can script ntfs acl-changes
with for example cacl (w2k internal) or the open source tool setacl
(http://setacl.sourceforge.net/).

You could configure groups for permissions to your web pages and add and
remove your users accordingly.
