How do I redirect my System Folders (Documents and
Settings\..) to my second hard drive?

You can only do this during setup, with the use of an unattended setup file.

You can also relocate "Documents and Settings" after installation by editing
**all** appropriate registry entries (and copying the old directory tree to
the new location). I have done it many times. It is easiest to do from a
second XP installation on the same computer ... loading, editing, and
unloading the registry files of the other, target, installation. Search
usenet for old articles by me with more detailed instructions ... it's
straightforward, but difficult, and not recommended.

I am surprised MS didn't (doesn't) make this easier ... putting the
relatively static OS files in one place, and the relatively volatile
profiles tree in another place (for me, that's on another drive). It works
very well.
