Folder properties says there are items in Deleted Items but not th

Hello,

I have a client that is over his mailbox limit. I checked his folder size
and it says there are many emails in his deleted items but when you click on
the folder there is nothing there.

He is using Office 2007 SP2 on XP SP3.

Hi Diane,

I did for sure because I thought I was losing my mind. It was crazy!! We
are using Exchange 2003.

Please let me know if you can shed some light on this mystery.
