Hi:

I am running a small Network of two computers. I have a WIN XP computer in
an observatory, 150 feet away from a PC running Win Me in my house. From the
Win Me computer, I can copy files from the Win XP computer and paste them
into folders on my Win Me computer. If I am in the observatory, I cannot copy
files from the Win XP computer and paste them into a folder on the Me
computer. I am warned that I do not have permission to do this. I have looked
in various places on the Win Me computer and can't find where I need to tweak
the settings so that I do not have to walk 150 feet in order to copy and
paste files that I need.

Thanks.

On the Windows ME computer, have you shared the folder into
which you're trying to copy these files? If the folder is
shared, did you enable Full Access?
