Not in Windows 2000, but you can create user accounts and control access to
folder/files with ntfs permissions for users/groups. EFS encryption can also
be used to make a folder private, but do not consider using it until you
learn about best practices for it including backing up your private key and
the recovery agent concept. Keep in mind that any user with administrative
rights can take ownership and issue himself permissions to a folder that he
is denied access to. --- Steve
