folder options!

i can't findout the "folder options" either in the control panel
or in the "Tools" menu?? i am using WindowsXP..!!

what could be the problem & how it can be sorted out?

any help pl..!!??

Go to the following website, scroll down to Line 129, left side. Click the link "Restore Folder Options Under Tools" to download the file. Double click the downloaded file to fix the problem.
