When I double click a folder, the search window keeps opening.I have to
right click and click "open" to open the folder.How can I solve please?

Search companion starts when you double-click a folder:

Essentially:
Go to Start > Run > regedit
Navigate to this subkey HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell
Click on shell to highlight it
In the right pane, double-click Default
Type none for Value data
OK
