Folder options in the Tools menu

Folder options under the Tools menu does not display in XP Pro. When we click on Tools there is no Folder Option. How can I turn this on so we can go in and change the View settings? We would like access to the Like Current Folder option. Thanks

Create a shortcut for "folder options" and place the

shortcut in the tools folder.
right click Start left click "explore all users"
programs>"tools" place shortcut here.

Nor sure if you mean Admin tools or system tools but this
will work with either one.

If you open up My Computer from the Desktop and on the menu choose Tools. When the drop down box appears there is an option for Folder Options. We do not get that Folder Options menu. How can I have that option reappear in the Tools menu? Thanks
