Folder options, file extensions

Hey, I have a wierd problem here... in the folder options
window, under teh file types tab, it's possible to alter
the functions of some file types with no exention. I
somehoe managed to butcher my "Drive" and "File Folder"
extensions, and now explorer re-runs itself every time i
double click a folder (I've already turned on the "open
folder in same window" option, I'm not that dense). How
can I switch this back? I can't select anything for it
to "open with," and in the "advanced tab, i have list of
four options, "add to playlist, explore, find, and open",
and none of them seem to do anything useful. Do I need
to link something to NO program somehow so it doesn't
start a new process everytime i double click a file
folder? Please give me a hand.
