folder option

how do I set folder options to still save documents in them but keep them
from being deleted by someone else?
 
Do you want "someone else" to be able to save document in this folder or is
it just you saving documents in this folder? Is this folder on your local PC
or is this on a corporate-type network/server? Does this someone else have
an account on your PC or do you share one account? Check out folder and file
ownership and permissions (right-click and choose Properties and then
Security). All kinds of options there depending on the answers to the above
questions.

It is a home computer that we share the account on that i want files saved.
It is basically a my received files from internet stuff. I want to be able
to save those files and have no one else delete them. If I set up a
different user account will all files still be saved to this one folder?
