Folder maintenance

I have contrived to lose my folder that I stored my web site files in
(www.habcraft.co.uk) all my files are now stored under the folder called "my
web sites" I can edit and upload to the server Ok. I want to create a folder
that is dedicated only to the files of the aforementioned website. I have
tried creating a folder and then moving all the relevant files into it but
This results in a failure to connect with the server to upload any edits I
make. I have to move all the files back to the "my web sites" to upload to
server. Any advice on what I am doing incorrectly.

Open in FP, then publish to another location/folder.
