Hello,
I use Win2k SP4 with roaming profiles. One of the profiles behaves very
strange, i.e. the folder
'Local Settings' is always recreated when when I log out and log in again. I
can see that this folder
is not saved to the server that holds the profiles which is correct. This
also corresponds to the
contents of my 'ntuser.ini' file:
[General]
ExclusionList=Local Settings;Temporary Internet Files;History;Temp;Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
The folder 'Local Settings' is supposed to persist on my client machine
after I logout, but it does not.
I was not able to find the source of data initializing 'Local Settings' nor
do I know why this happens
at all.
Any idea how to prevent the folder from beeing removed and recreated during
logout/login ?
Many thanks, Felix
