Folder List Not There

I assume the big white box on the very left on WLMD is for folders. No
folders appear, although my messages do, but I am limited to my Inbox. How
do I fix this? I cannot find any option to let me. Thanks

"S-1-5-21-2592889828-4208865303-1639956936-1006" part I couldnt find... But
anyways, thanks!
