I have a virus, AVG detects 5 of them but it must not
clean them because the folder that contains them keeps
coming back. McAfee free scan does not find anything!
AVG Resident Shield pops up with a message that a virus
is found in C:Windows\sysdll
this folder contains about 440 different .exe files 5 of
which are viruses. I deleted the whole folder, but on
system restart the folder reapears with all the files
still inside, even despite AVG says it cleaned all 5
infected files! The files are overwritten every time the
computer is restarted. Not sure how keep coming back?
any help would be great!

thanks,
chris

Don't think it is from a virus. My windows xp pro does the same thing with a
directory from Webster's dictionary. It puts it in a general folder named
Program.. I delete it and it writes another one.. hope to find out why cuz
it is shurely aggravating.
