Folder "Hover" option lost TIA

It looks like I have lost the hover option ie: hovering cursor over a
folder & "seeing" what it contains without actually opening the
folder.
Any tips, advice on this will be gratefully received. TIA
 
Start---all program--- accessories--accessibility---on screen
keyboard---settings---typing mode---hover to select.
