Top Security Department

As head of the Top Security Department, I have installed
a security and protection program known as Folder Guard.
More info available at www.winability.com. There are only
two administrator accounts on this computer, where mine
was created AFTER the first one when Windows XP Pro was
installed (thus it's the second one). As the PC's only
user, I have done much to take away administrative
privileges from the primary account, while preserving as
many of the essential functions available. I run the
whole PC from the second (my own administrative) account.

The problem is: I cannot turn on the Folder Guard
protection from MY SECOND ACCOUNT, because I get an error
message that I do not have administrative power to do so.
However, I am the most powerful user of this computer,
and practically an owner of every file. What kind of
settings should I change in the local security policy or
local group policy so that I would not get this error
message?

I desire the help of an expert, please.

There could be several reasons for that, for example:

- Your second account does not have the "load/unload drivers" privilege
enabled;

- You have installed Folder Guard into a folder on a NTFS-formatted disk
into, and NTFS permissions prevent your second account from accessing
that folder;

- Your second account has no write access privileges to the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE key.

If the above does not solve the problem, please contact our tech support
directly:

Please include more information: your version of Windows, version of
Folder Guard that you are evaluating, the full path to the folder where
you have installed it, whether you have installed it using the first or
the second account, whether the problem occurs with the second account
only, or with your both administrative accounts, and we will try to
help.
