Folder Guard Problem

Select [Enable Protection at Windows startup] in [Settings] and do Reboot
And DeskTop comes out
If nothing does, there is no damage
However, blue screen rises if is going to work clicking beginning button
Is similar even if reinstall OS
What should I solve

OS:Win XP Hom
FGuard VS : 5.5 6.0(Standard and Pro version all same symptoms
