Folder designation for incoming messages

I'm not having too much luck trying to find online details on this, so
thought I'd post a message here.

I have 4 Yahoo pop3 accounts that I have configured Outlook 2007 to
send-receive messages. At the moment everything that comes in is being put
into the default account folder.

I recall there is a way to designate that a message, from the server, that
has a specific email address, can be automatically downloaded into a named
folder's 'Inbox'.

Can someone guide me to the online tutorial for this please.
