Folder Colors

how can I change the colour of the yellow folders to say
green or red to help me classify subject matter?

You can do this by changing the icon associated with the folder. Right-click
the folder, go to Properties, and click the Customize tab. From there, click
the "Change Icon" button.

I don't think Windows comes with any icons representing different-colored
folders, but you should be able to find such icons on the Internet.
