Windows XP and Office 2003.
In our office we have a many employees who have a very large number of
folders and sometimes they open the archive folder by mistake thinking that
this is their 'active' folder and they transfer emails etc and then they
cannot find them!.
This maybe a silly question but is it possible to change the color of the
archive folder icons in the folder list so that will be a visual warning to
the person that he or she are not working where they should be?
