I have a laptop that crashed and could not start up.
I took it for service to a local provider and they told me that they had to
install windows xp again and that I would not lose any information.
They made the new installation of windows xp and I can now start up the
laptop. I can see the user folder where I had my files but can not access it.
If I try to copy it to another disk, I get an error message saying that the
access has been denied. Check if the disk is not full or password protected
and the file is not in use.
Can I uninstall the new windows xp version and go back to where the laptop
crashed or is there a way to open the folder to rescue my files?
Please help.
Thank you.
