Foil-stamping

I'm printing certificates and would quite like a generic gold or silver
foil-stamped border around the edges. Do most print shops in the UK do
this?

You can get them in form of self-adhesive stick on boarders... the
kind of thing you use for making various greeting cards etc.. think
you should be looking towards Art & Craft.
