fogot password

I have just foegotten my outlook password and I am also
having trouble with my internet explorer it just tells me
error the majority of the time and just will not let me
acces alot of things please help!!!!

There is no password for Outlook. If you mean you can't log on for your
e-mail, you will have to contact your e-mail provider for that information.

We need more information about the Internet Explorer error, what are the
exact contents of the error.
