Im looking for a FLV player or other player that can play FLV but...

ONLY one that has the following characteristics...

1) Has a seek bar that actually works without crashing
2) Has the ability to resize the player window "on the fly" so the video
size is changed

thanks

I find VLC Player (www.videolan.org) does a pretty good job with FLV
files. Better than most of the dedicated FLV players I've found so
far as it resizes (though the quality of most FLVs means you're often
as well off viewing in native resolutions.

One problem with VLC though is its habit of stopping in the middle of
some files for no apparent reason. I've yet to find a player that's
acceptable in every respect - in fact I'm looking up ways of
converting FLVs to one of the more common formats. Anyone done this?

Mplayer is the only one I have tried that plays all FLV files I throw at
it.
