I was watching the news the other day and they showed a picture of the
desktop of the computer they were using and it looked like it had water
flowing on it.Is this a new feature of vista, this moving desktop thing? If
so,where is it in the system and how do I use it? I have looked and cant
find anything in help,etc.

It's called DreamScene, and does not come included with Vista. It will be
available as an Ultimate Extra for users of Vista Ultimate. It has not been
released yet.

And there is not info on when it will be released.

This page seems to suggest that it wont be released till mid year. So looks
like a bit of a wait yet :(

Well, if you're desperate, there's always the beta of Dreamscene...

With all the attention that Dreamscene is getting, this seems like a great
market for 3rd parties to exploit. Like when windows first added a screen
saver and companies were selling screen savers for $30-40. What do you bet
by the time MS gets Dreamscene out the door to Ultimate Extras, there are
already several similar 3rd party products available for any edition at
<$40.
