floppy problem

I keep getting this message when i try to save some
things to my floppy drive...The drive cannot find the
sector requested. Anyone have any ideas..??
 
Did you format the floppy before using it

usually a sign of a "FLOPPY GONE BAD!
you could try reformating it

have you tried using a different floppy?
