Floppy Drive Problems

I just bought a Shuttle SN45G and installed XP with SP1. Since the first boot, the LED on the Floppy Drive has been constantly on and the Drive will not show up in My Computer, even though the Device Manager says it is working properly. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Hooking up the floppy ribbon to the drive backwards will cause the problems
that you have described. Jym
